PWP Logistics and Project Coordinator (Supply Chain)

Location: Corvallis, Oregon, United States of America

Salary: $93,400–$143,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States of America candidates only.

What you will do

• Lead complex supply chain processes, including inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning.
• Execute demand and supply matching activities, connect planning to execution, and assess operational impacts.
• Lead regional and global cross-functional planning teams and collaborate with business units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.
• Define and review performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize business processes.
• Manage priority projects, develop recommendations, and communicate requirements to global planning teams.
• Lead regulatory trade compliance activities and mentor junior-level staff.

Requirements

• Seven to ten years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• A four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Experience with continuous improvement, process improvement, supply chain analysis, supply chain management, and supply chain planning.
• Knowledge of data analysis, finance, inventory control, key performance indicators, warehousing, and SAP applications.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and evaluate multiple factors.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
