Senior Technical Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, based in the United States; travel may reach 20%.

Salary: Estimated base salary of $145,000–$167,000 plus potential bonus.

What you will do

• Build and maintain demos and lab environments for AI security use cases across events, websites, analyst briefings, and sales engineering.
• Define and validate AI security use cases with product teams and communicate technical feedback from customers and the field.
• Lead hands-on technical enablement for sales engineers and partners.
• Develop and publish best practices for secure AI adoption and defense against AI-driven attacks.
• Partner with hirify.global Labs and security researchers to turn research findings into technical content and review AI marketing materials.
• Deliver technical sessions and labs, and provide competitive product analysis to the competitive marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in technical marketing, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or security engineering, including at least 3 years with identity or security products.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management, including authentication and authorization.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and agent frameworks, including an understanding of their security risks.
• Experience building demo and lab environments.
• Experience presenting technical content to engineers, executives, and industry analysts.
• A portfolio of public technical work, such as demos, technical content, or conference talks.

Nice to have

• Experience at a PAM or identity security vendor.
• Experience building or securing AI systems in a production environment.
• Technical marketing experience for a product in an emerging category.
