Engineering Project Manager (Lean Six Sigma)

What you will do

• Lead high-complexity enterprise projects requiring deep functional or business unit expertise.
• Facilitate business reviews, Gemba Walks, Kaizen events, and Value Stream mapping sessions.
• Coordinate implementation and control efforts for interdependent projects to sustain forecasted benefits.
• Lead training classes and coach Project Leads and Green Belts across the organization.
• Present project status, execution, and accomplishments to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of overall work experience.
• High proficiency in Lean and/or Six Sigma principles and delivery methodologies.
• Must be based in or able to work from Morrisville, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, Jamestown, NC, or Providence, RI.
• Strong analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative data interpretation.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Mini-Tab.

Nice to have

• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with MS Access and statistical software.
