Business Operations Associate (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States. On-site.

Salary: $60,000–$120,000 base salary per year; stock options may be offered in addition.

What you will do

• Support operational and strategic initiatives and help define short-term and long-term company growth goals.
• Lead the delivery of business operations projects and supervise related activities.
• Implement and oversee reporting and productivity goals for multiple teams.
• Synthesize feedback from functional teams, customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify challenges and optimization opportunities.
• Improve existing procedures, systems, and processes while contributing as a generalist across company functions.
• Maintain data-handling best practices, protect information assets, and report suspected security or policy violations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience at a top consulting or banking organization.
• Ability to independently organize work, identify worthwhile projects, and take actionable steps to achieve goals.
• Energetic, resourceful, driven, and able to take ownership in an unstructured environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and actively contribute.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Passion for startups and AI.
