Business Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; Workplace: On-site

Base salary: $50,000–$90,000 per year; stock options may be offered in addition.

Deploy is an AI intelligence infrastructure platform providing open-source and proprietary model inference for developers and enterprises, including content safety, deepfake detection, sponsorship intelligence, and IP and publicity protection.

What you will do

• Support operational and strategic initiatives and help define short- and long-term goals for company growth.
• Coordinate operational support for projects and assist with cross-functional business operations activities.
• Collect and organize data from multiple teams to create useful, visible, and streamlined reporting.
• Advise managers on findings and possible approaches to operational challenges.
• Improve and optimize procedures, systems, and processes.
• Act as a generalist supporting projects and activities needed for company growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 0–2 years of work experience at a top consulting or banking organization.
• Ability to take initiative, manage your own workdays, identify worthwhile projects, and take actionable steps toward goals.
• Energetic, resourceful, driven, and able to take ownership in an unstructured environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and actively seek opportunities to contribute.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
