Travel Quality Assurance Analyst (Quality Assurance, Senior Analyst)

Location: Hybrid schedule in Rosslyn, VA, supporting a Federal Government client in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Salary: $100,000–$111,000 per year.

What you will do

• Gather and document travel business processes for an E-Government Travel System.
• Analyze complex business and system problems, conduct what-if analysis, and develop alternative solutions.
• Elicit and analyze requirements through user groups, interviews, regulatory research, and related methods; author requirements, design, and issue-resolution documents.
• Develop test plans, execute manual and automated test scripts, document results, and verify coverage with clients.
• Provide subject matter expertise on software functionality and business processes, plus product management deliverables supporting project planning.
• Monitor project status across lifecycle phases and milestones and report findings.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with the software development lifecycle, including analysis/design, development, testing, implementation, and support, or prior project management experience.
• Expertise with E-Government Travel Systems and aligning travel systems with client business needs.
• Expertise researching and applying Federal Travel Regulations.
• Expertise with MS Office, including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• BA/BS degree.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance; a clearance is not required to apply.

Nice to have

• Experience with E-Government Travel Systems and CGI Momentum applications.
• Experience with requirements elicitation and analysis and software testing.
• Knowledge of robotic process automation applications such as UI Path and UFT.
