Location: Parsippany, New Jersey, United States of America; other locations include Boston, Massachusetts, and New York, New York.

Annual base pay: $73,400–$183,600. Incentive plans, bonuses, and benefits may also be offered.

What you will do

• Develop timely solutions and provide technical input for service delivery, managed services, and implementation-oriented client projects.
• Review client requirements and problems, support proposal development, and perform quantitative or qualitative analysis.
• Develop detailed documentation, specifications, modules, and low-level designs.
• Monitor technical quality standards for onshore and offshore developers.
• Validate client deliverables and direct the work of an offshore project team as a business analyst.
• Support Analysts and Consultants with the design and structure of presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of fundamental business processes, their interactions, and the impact of internal and external influences on decision-making, growth, and decline.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques related to the functional area.
• Knowledge of current events, industry developments, major competitors, the marketplace, and relevant professional or trade associations, key people, and companies.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Ability to work willingly and effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals.
