Commissions Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Permanent work from home, with the role based in Manila, Philippines. Philippine holidays apply, and employment is provided through Inform Group under the Philippine labour code.

What you will do

• Calculate partner commissions accurately and ensure payments are processed on schedule.
• Maintain commission data, track adjustments, and prepare performance reports for internal teams and partners.
• Analyze commission program performance and identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
• Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies and disputes with internal stakeholders.
• Use commission management tools and Salesforce to track partner sales performance and commission accuracy.
• Collaborate with Partnerships GTM, Finance, Legal, and Information Systems to execute commission programs in line with policies and contracts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commissions, revenue operations, financial analysis, or data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
