2027 IT Analyst (AI)

Location: Irving, Texas or East Peoria, Illinois; onsite five days a week. Basic relocation may be available depending on relocation qualifications.

Salary: $81,370–$122,060 per year.

What you will do

• Support enterprise applications and technology solutions for internal and external customers.
• Gather and document business and system requirements with stakeholders.
• Assist with application design, implementation, and integration across applications, databases, platforms, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Perform system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and technical issue analysis.
• Recommend improvements to performance and user experience.
• Create technical documentation, process flows, and testing artifacts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of major production application systems and their use in diverse situations.
• Knowledge of problem-solving approaches, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of application design and architecture principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of requirements analysis methods and the ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and non-functional requirements.
• Knowledge of system and technology integration across applications, databases, and technology platforms.
• Knowledge of system and software testing, including designing, planning, and executing testing strategies.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships and academic projects are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a technical-related field from a four-year accredited college or university; selected candidates must complete the degree by the start date.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale without rounding.
• The position requires onsite work five days a week.
