Systems Analyst - Enterprise Applications

Location: Hybrid, with regular onsite presence at the corporate headquarters in East Aurora, New York; position listed in Buffalo, NY.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do

• Support the implementation, enhancement, maintenance, optimization, and operational health of enterprise business applications.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex application, system, data, and process issues, and improve reliability, performance, usability, maintainability, and supportability.
• Analyze system interfaces, data flows, APIs, and integration requirements; lead implementation, testing, and validation of enterprise integrations.
• Use SQL and reporting tools for data analysis, validation, conversion, migration, and reconciliation.
• Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support process improvement, automation, application modernization, governance, change management, release management, SDLC, and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Five or more years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise applications and performing systems analysis, business systems analysis, or related functions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis techniques for analyzing data and troubleshooting application and data issues.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Experience analyzing and improving business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently with limited supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, or HR business processes.
• Experience with ERP, MES, CRM, SaaS, and enterprise application platforms.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, data platforms, REST APIs, enterprise integrations, Microsoft Power Platform, reporting and analytics solutions, identity and access management platforms, and application lifecycle management or SDLC tooling.
• Experience defining API and integration requirements and supporting application modernization initiatives.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude, and similar platforms to improve productivity, solution development, and business analysis.
