Director of Marketing (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote; candidates must be based in the USA, UK, or EU.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD base salary, plus discretionary cash bonuses and equity.

What you will do

• Lead and modernize the marketing stack using an AI-native approach to content development, strategy, and campaigns.
• Lead brand, growth, and campaign marketing as the business scales visibility.
• Manage the existing marketing function, including the Head of Marketing, support staff, external agencies, and service providers.
• Support cross-functional work across all levels of the business and contribute to leadership and strategic decisions.
• Report to the CEO.

Requirements

• AI-native product marketing background, ideally focused on B2B or enterprise audiences.
• Direct experience building and delivering impactful marketing and brand-awareness campaigns for B2B and enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, workflows, agentic communications, and AI-first solutions for streamlining and accelerating campaign performance.
• Must be based in the USA, UK, or EU.
