Content Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, United States

Salary: $219K–$230K base pay annually, plus equity and eligible performance-related bonuses

What you will do

• Develop keynote and breakout presentations for first-party and third-party events, including audience briefs, abstracts, outlines, decks, scripts and speaker notes.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Product to create accurate, relevant talks grounded in product capabilities, customer examples and research.
• Interview speakers and subject-matter experts, shape complex material into clear narratives, and prepare speakers through reviews and rehearsals.
• Work with Demo Studio on demonstrations and event activations, including briefs, speaker transitions and rehearsal plans.
• Own workback plans across contributors, reviews, approvals, rehearsals, Events and production partners, raising risks early.
• Adapt event content into presentations, webinars and follow-up assets, and use audience feedback and debriefs to improve reusable materials.

Requirements

• Experience in content marketing, editorial, product marketing or event content, with a portfolio of keynote or breakout presentations and a clear account of personal contribution.
• Strong writing and editing skills, including narrative development, clear explanation of technical subjects and writing for spoken delivery.
• Experience interviewing subject-matter experts and working directly with speakers through reviews and rehearsals.
• Curiosity and judgment to research unfamiliar topics, test arguments and verify claims with appropriate experts.
• Experience collaborating with demo, creative or production teams to bring stories to life.
• Ability to manage defined content projects across multiple stakeholders and deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research, drafting and iteration, with careful review of final work.
