Power Platform & Agentic AI Developer

Location: Europe; flexible remote work with regular overlap with UK morning working hours.

What you will do

• Design and build lightweight business applications that streamline internal workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop Power Apps code apps within the Microsoft ecosystem using AI-assisted and agentic development approaches.
• Build lightweight single-page web applications for business needs.
• Develop back-end automation with Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
• Deliver solutions iteratively from rapid proof of concept through deployment.
• Work directly with client teams and business stakeholders, adapting to varied tasks and changing priorities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and code apps, Power Automate, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with agentic and AI-assisted development tools for building business applications.
• Experience with back-end automation using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
• Ability to quickly build lightweight single-page web applications.
• Experience with fast iterative delivery from proof of concept to deployment.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, fast-paced environment, manage varied tasks, and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including direct work with clients and business stakeholders, plus regular overlap with UK morning working hours.
