AI Architect (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Define technical architecture and strategy for large-scale AI and agentic AI solutions.
• Design and build AI agents, multi-agent systems, LLM-powered applications, and orchestration workflows.
• Lead agentic AI programs from discovery and architecture through implementation and production.
• Make technical decisions around LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, tool and function calling, orchestration, evaluation, and AI infrastructure.
• Work with engineering, product, business, and stakeholder teams to translate business and telecom use cases into scalable AI solutions.
• Establish architecture and engineering best practices, support PoCs and critical components, and shape the long-term AI roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership.
• Strong experience as an Architect, Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents, and LLM-based solutions.
• Experience leading agentic AI programs from a technical perspective, not only designing individual solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI, agentic AI and multi-agent architectures, RAG, tool and function calling, AI orchestration and agent frameworks, AI system evaluation and observability, cloud, and scalable distributed architectures.
• Strong software engineering background, preferably with Python.
• Experience designing production-grade, scalable, and secure AI systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Telecommunications domain experience.
• Experience with telecom-specific AI use cases such as network operations, customer experience, service automation, or intelligent support.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience establishing AI architecture standards, technical roadmaps, and governance.
