What you will do

• Scale agentic AI workflows from pilots and self-service use cases into transformational change across core delivery functions.
• Own the roadmap for internal AI tooling and applications and evolve the use-case governance model.
• Lead the established AI Centre of Excellence, set priorities and standards, manage the budget, and expand the team's capability and remit.
• Drive internal transformation through technology consulting, executive sponsorship, stakeholder coalitions, and change leadership across functions.
• Shape AI-native workforce strategy with the People function, including enablement, skills, career pathways, learning, and development.
• Advise customers, represent the internal transformation story through conferences, press, and thought leadership, and define metrics and reporting for transformation impact.

Requirements

• Proven senior technical leadership experience, such as CTO, Head of AI, or Principal Architect, with direct accountability for AI or technology transformation.
• Deep firsthand experience leading AI architecture, agentic systems, generative AI, and data-platform transformation.
• Experience redesigning internal processes and workflows around AI and agentic automation beyond individual pilots.
• Technology consulting skills to diagnose, plan, and sequence transformation across multiple functions.
• Experience leading a specialist team and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to operate at executive level and build sponsorship and consensus among senior leaders.
• Experience partnering with HR or People functions on enablement, upskilling, and career-development programmes at scale, and translating AI strategy into workforce capability plans.
• Ability to represent internal transformation credibly in senior customer conversations and communicate through conferences, press, and written thought leadership.
• Performance mindset with the ability to set goals, measure outcomes, adapt the transformation roadmap, operate amid ambiguity, and drive change without perfect conditions.
