Human Resources Senior Advisor, CHC Underwriting - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid in Bloomfield, CT, with exposure across Bloomfield, Philadelphia, Scottsdale, Denver, Franklin, and Chattanooga, United States.

Salary: $111,300–$185,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Translate business priorities into integrated talent, workforce, and organizational strategies.
• Advise and challenge senior leaders using data, market insights, and practical recommendations.
• Lead organization design, operating model, workforce planning, talent assessment, succession, and future-state organization design.
• Build change strategies that support adoption of new ways of working and sustained results.
• Shape strategies for attraction, development, engagement, retention, and leadership pipelines.
• Coach leaders and partner across HR on performance, learning, compensation, leadership development, talent review, succession, employee relations, and organizational matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders.
• Success translating business needs into talent, workforce, and organization strategies.
• Experience designing or implementing organization structures, operating models, and talent strategies.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trust across levels.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, concise communication and a practical, data-informed approach to decisions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting transformation, enterprise change, or global workforce strategies.
• Experience partnering with HR centers of expertise in talent, compensation, learning, or leadership development.
