People Project Lead

Location: Hybrid role based in Lisbon, Portugal, requiring two fixed days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead People projects from planning through delivery, translating ideas into objectives, action plans and measurable outcomes.
• Manage priorities, timelines, resources, dependencies and risks to keep projects on track.
• Align stakeholders across People, IT, Finance and Legal through clear communication and expectation management.
• Navigate organisational change, ambiguity, shifting priorities and resistance while supporting adoption.
• Solve project challenges proactively, make informed decisions and maintain delivery momentum.
• Identify process improvements and use AI tools and technologies to strengthen People operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, including coordinating and delivering projects, managing competing priorities and keeping initiatives on track.
• Experience with HR Operations and an understanding of People processes and HR operational environments.
• Professional business fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership, accountability, independence and follow-through.
• Problem-solving, decision-making and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Experience navigating and supporting organisational change, managing resistance and maintaining momentum in evolving environments.
