Inventory Control Analyst

Location: Onsite at the Sylmar, California plant; only U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.

Base salary: $80,000–$89,000 annually, with a possible annual bonus of up to 4.5% of base salary.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP systems.
• Execute cycle counts and physical inventories, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile inventory records.
• Track material movement across warehouse and production areas to align system data with physical inventory.
• Evaluate and improve inventory control procedures and transaction processes.
• Analyze transaction errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with production teams and contribute to system reliability, data accuracy, and production reporting improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in inventory control, materials management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and inventory transactions.
• Eligibility is limited to U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees.
