Materials Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite in Pittsburg, Kansas, United States, 5 days per week

What you will do

• Monitor material ihirify.globalory levels and analyze requirements to support production schedules and customer demand.
• Maintain accurate bills of material, ihirify.globalory records, and data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics teams to resolve supply issues and support on-time delivery.
• Identify shortages, overages, obsolescence, and material variances; perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Track customer-furnished equipment, related purchase orders, and project-management communications.
• Support cycle counts, physical ihirify.globalory reconciliation, forecasting, and demand planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to lift materials or parts up to 25 lbs and walk or stand on the production floor for extended periods.
