USAC Demand Lead

Location: On-site at least four days a week at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; up to 20% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $164,612–$201,193, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead the PSD USAC demand review process and oversee the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process.
• Coordinate monthly Demand Review meetings, aligning product-family growth expectations, opportunity-pipeline insights, Demand Plans, and Business Estimates.
• Analyze projection-to-actual discrepancies, identify offset opportunities, and support improvements in forecast accuracy.
• Align demand forecasts with operational capabilities for large tenders and projects using Salesforce Opportunity Reporting at project and material level.
• Lead cross-functional teams in resolving production constraints, optimizing supplier activities, and supporting business objectives.
• Assess and communicate risks for large deals, Make-to-Order items, and New Product Introductions, including scenario planning and long-lead-time material actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• Ten years of combined experience in Marketing/Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance and/or Engineering in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment-visa sponsorship, such as H-1B sponsorship.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-cultural environment with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
• Ability to drive results by influencing others and overcoming cultural and behavioral barriers to change.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in data management, data collection, and data modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and forecasting tools.
• Experience leading projects and teams to improve end-to-end business processes.
• Experience with Integrated Business Planning and Sales & Operations Planning.
• Understanding of advanced planning concepts and their financial impact, with the ability to translate them into actionable business strategies.
