Demand & Orders Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Corinth, Mississippi, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available, and candidates requiring employer-sponsored work authorization are not eligible.

Salary: $72,360–$108,540 per year, plus potential annual/incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise and control new sales orders, identify key elements, and communicate required actions to downstream teams.
• Audit customer order-change requests and evaluate them from material, production planning, technical, and logistics perspectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries about lead times, planned timelines, order changes, and rescheduling.
• Align customer orders with the sales and production plan to support monthly goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities.

Requirements

• Accuracy and attention to detail, analytical thinking, data gathering and analysis, demand management, forecasting, planning and organizing, problem solving, and effective verbal and written communication.
• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Experience in order management, customer service, production planning, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment is required as a preferred qualification, with 1–3 years of experience.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Sales & Operations Planning, demand planning, or production scheduling processes.
• Experience working directly with customers, dealers, or internal stakeholders to resolve order and delivery issues.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of remanufacturing, engines, or heavy equipment products.
