Commercial Mortgage Servicing Systems Analyst (Commercial Mortgage)

Location: Remote or hybrid; Minneapolis, Minnesota office preferred. Occasional domestic travel is required.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support product management, system administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of SS&C’s Precision LM Servicing Software and the Borrowers Viewpoint portal.
• Gather and document business requirements, identify system issues, and evaluate enhancement needs with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate vendor requests, monitor service levels, collect user feedback, and support enhancement proposals.
• Maintain users and security configurations, provide end-user support, triage issues, and escalate problems as needed.
• Participate in release management, internal testing, and acceptance; create training resources and conduct system training.
• Use SQL, Excel, and reporting tools for data analysis, troubleshooting, and system validation; maintain workflow, configuration, and integration documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business systems analysis, system administration, product support, or related work.
• Experience in the commercial mortgage industry and a foundational understanding of commercial real estate and commercial mortgage banking.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional documentation.
• Basic understanding of commercial loan administration processes and related systems, including commercial mortgage servicing, document management, CRM, or pipeline management platforms.
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and business intelligence or reporting tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, task management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with Precision LM.
• Bachelor’s degree.
