Commercial Credit Underwriter/Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst

Location: Hybrid position in Radnor, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $24.87–$41.45 hourly (USD)

What you will do

• Prepare routine departmental reports, spreadsheets, presentations, dashboards, project and product strategy analyses, workflow analyses, historical reports, and financial analyses.
• Collect, consolidate, review, research, and reconcile data from Excel worksheets, departmental databases, and other available sources.
• Maintain and update reporting workbooks, slide decks, dashboards, documentation, maintenance plans, and custom automation tools.
• Support process improvement, new projects and programs, systems, products, regulatory changes, and short- and long-term business objectives.
• Support user certifications and departmental audits, including gathering required documentation and addressing audit or regulatory issues.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and escalations in coordination with business partners, vendors, and technology teams while maintaining compliance and operational risk controls.

Requirements

• Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years of related business line experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 4 years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Ability to perform routine analysis, judgment-based work, data review, research, reconciliation, and reporting across one or a few closely related disciplines.
• Ability to support process documentation, project implementation, user certifications, audits, compliance controls, and technical issue resolution.
