Operations Analyst (Hub & Copay Services)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in the country where the job is posted and have US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually, with potential additional incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze hub operations, productivity, case management, queue performance, service levels, and operational KPIs.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, reporting packages, and client-facing performance reports.
• Monitor service-level performance, identify emerging risks, and recommend corrective actions through root cause analysis.
• Support audits, CAPA activities, quality monitoring, data validation, and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with technology teams on system enhancements, defect investigations, and workflow improvements.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and support client governance meetings and operational reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience, including hub operations.
• Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and patient access, affordability, copay, PAP, and reimbursement processes.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, reporting, data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM and workflow platforms such as Salesforce, PRM, or hub platforms.
• Experience facilitating meetings, presenting information, delivering training, and maintaining relationships in diverse business environments.
• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
