Sales Representative (Ecommerce)

Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid, combining office time, field work with prospective partners, and up to 2 days per week from home.

hirify.global operates a marketplace app connecting businesses with surplus food to consumers while working to reduce food waste through education, business solutions, and legislative influence.

What you will do

• Introduce independent businesses to the hirify.global app through proactive cold outreach, face-to-face meetings, and phone selling.
• Onboard new partners, educate them on app usage, and set up their schedules.
• Manage signed stores during their first 28 days live on the app.
• Use Salesforce to track conversations and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Achieve weekly activity and monthly store-signing targets.

Requirements

• Sales or customer-facing experience, such as SDR, retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone and face to face.
• Self-motivation and resilience, including the ability to accept feedback and act on it.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, CRM management, and follow-up skills.
