What you will do

• Manage daily liquidity, prepare funding forecasts, develop liquidity recommendations, and support capital activity and leverage facility actions.
• Analyze portfolio returns, performance attribution, investment pacing, concentration limits, investable capital, and detailed performance metrics.
• Facilitate portfolio allocations, deal execution and closing, harvesting, fund launches, rebalancing, capital calls, cash distributions, and investor and regulatory reporting.
• Own and maintain complex fund structures, including cash movement, deal allocations, foreign currency management, deal execution, and pipeline management.
• Partner with investment, capital markets, engineering, investor relations, internal teams, and external advisors on fundraising, fund structures, and legal, compliance, tax, accounting, and operational matters.
• Prepare management presentations and ad hoc analyses, respond to compliance and regulatory inquiries, and support technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a financial services setting.
• Strong analytical orientation and financial acumen for preparing cash flows and performance metrics affecting investor returns and product performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across internal and external teams.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a small team.
• Collaborative team-player mindset and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure, results-driven environment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
