Associate Equity Analyst

Location: London, hybrid work with four days in-office each week in most locations.

Salary: GBP 42,900.00–57,566.66 base salary range, with a 10% annual bonus target.

hirify.global’s Research group provides independent analysis, data, and research on securities, funds, markets, portfolios, and global financial instruments.

What you will do

• Work closely with senior research team members on researching, analyzing, and valuing companies across several sectors.
• Support research projects evaluating companies’ competitive advantages, or moats, and their relative positioning within their sectors.
• Build and maintain detailed discounted cash flow models for companies covered by senior analysts.
• Identify key business drivers and incorporate scenario analyses into financial models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Independence, critical thinking skills, and a passion for investing, with a bias toward long-term fundamental research and investing.
• Knowledge of financial models, including discounted cash flow models.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, sometimes with incomplete information.

Nice to have

• Chartered Financial Analyst® or CPA designation.
• Master’s degree in business administration.
