Private Capital Markets Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Office-based in London, UK, with an assigned workspace at the designated London office.

What you will do

• Support credit underwriting, operational credit, receivables management, and portfolio monitoring.
• Conduct financial analysis and interpret financial statements to assess client creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, and assist Credit Managers with risk-related decisions.
• Contribute to risk management projects, including the creation and implementation of financial models.
• Monitor client portfolios and ensure continued compliance with hirify.global’s risk policies.
• Identify and escalate potential credit and market risks while exercising independent judgment in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• At least 3 years of experience in credit analysis, finance, or a related discipline.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and independent-thinking skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across multiple functions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Understanding of foreign exchange markets and derivative products.
