Clearing Operations Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in the Chicago, Denver, Lake Mary, or New York offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay: $145,000–$170,000 USD in Zone 1; $128,000–$150,000 USD in Zone 2; $113,000–$133,000 USD in Zone 3, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Act as the main liaison between Clearing Operations and Product and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Partner with desk leads and subject-matter experts to incorporate back-office operational requirements into product launches.
• Establish and drive a cohesive vision for cross-functional Clearing Operations initiatives, prioritizing compliance, efficiency, and operational readiness.
• Own launch readiness for new products and initiatives across people, processes, and technology ahead of go-live.
• Track progress, measure outcomes, communicate updates to senior stakeholders, and use data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency.
• Apply clearing operations, regulatory, and artificial intelligence expertise to support execution.

Requirements

• Excellent program and project management skills with a demonstrated record of delivering medium- to large-scale initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with stakeholders across business units.
• 5+ years of experience in Brokerage Operations, ideally with a Clearing Broker-Dealer.
• Strong understanding of clearing operations, with relevant experience in one or more of settlements, stock loan, margin/options, account transfers, corporate actions, or trading.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, action-oriented, and able to drive execution.
• Ability to build and sustain trust-based relationships across cross-functional teams with a high level of responsiveness.
• FINRA Series 7 required.
