Program Manager, OMX SOTO (Fintech)

Location: Remote, USA

Base salary: $116,000–$160,000 USD per year; full-time employees may also be eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives for Operations and Member Experience, from strategy through execution.
• Develop execution plans, align stakeholders, establish governance, manage risks, and keep complex programs on track.
• Create data-driven narratives and executive communications to support alignment and decision-making.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and other organizations.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement AI, automation, and scalable operating practices to reduce manual effort and increase organizational capacity.
• Champion continuous improvement by strengthening operating mechanisms and program governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, Member Experience, or a related field.
• Exceptional program management skills, including the ability to design simple, scalable solutions for complex business problems and lead initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level communications and presenting to senior leaders.
• Demonstrated success leading highly cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to independently identify challenges, proactively manage risks, and execute with minimal guidance in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to inform decisions and measure business outcomes.
• Experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, and scalable process improvements that increase operational efficiency.
