Senior Partner Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid policy requiring staff to be in one of the company’s offices at least 25% of the time.

Annual salary: $215,000–$300,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead discovery with partner managers, partner operations, and stakeholders; map processes, size changes, and capture user stories, process flows, field and access definitions, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
• Coordinate delivery with the GTM Systems team, AI Operations Engineer, systems lead, and implementation partners from requirements handover through build review and release.
• Own UAT by writing test plans and cases, coordinating business testers, tracking and retesting defects, collecting sign-off, and smoke testing production releases.
• Publish release notes, prioritize the backlog, manage the intake queue, and serve as the point of contact for Salesforce, PEM, and partner portal questions and incidents.
• Administer the Salesforce partner org, including objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Monitor Salesforce–PEM integrations, document systems and data flows, diagnose sync and access issues, and identify candidates for AI-enabled automation.

Requirements

• Experience running discovery and requirements sessions and translating stakeholder input into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with systems or engineering teams from requirements handover through release.
• Experience planning and running UAT with business users, tracking defects to closure, obtaining sign-off, and smoke testing changes.
• Strong written communication for requirements, release notes, and usable documentation.
• Hands-on use of LLM tools such as Claude in requirements gathering, testing, or documentation.
• Experience owning a production Salesforce org or business systems stack, including intake, triage, and release processes.
• Strong Salesforce administration skills covering declarative configuration, flows, validation rules, security and sharing, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of APIs or middleware integrations, error logs, data tracing, and incident root-cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• 5+ years as a business systems analyst, Salesforce administrator, or similar owner of discovery, requirements, and UAT for business systems.
• Experience supporting partner, sales, or customer success organizations; sprint-based delivery; PRM platforms, partner portals, or channel programs.
• Salesforce release management experience with sandboxes, change sets or DevOps tooling, and deployment checklists.
• SQL or scripting skills for data investigation and cleanup.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst certification.
