Functional/BSA Lead

Location: San Francisco, United States; 100% telecommuting permitted. hirify.global can hire in countries where it has a legal entity.

Salary: $232,700/year; 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Enhance and administer Oracle Fusion Financials and Zuora RevPro for Finance and Accounting operations.
• Integrate Fusion with Salesforce, Stripe Billing, Zuora RevPro, BlackLine, Avalara, and other business systems.
• Architect functional designs and automate business processes across enterprise applications.
• Manage quarterly project roadmaps and prioritize enhancements with transformation and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate production issue resolution and drive system improvements across Commerce, Sales, and Data Engineering.
• Work with SaaS vendors and contractors, including driving semiannual reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive, related post-bachelor’s work experience.
• Five years of Oracle Fusion Financials expertise, including configuration and enhancements.
• Five years of configuring Oracle Fusion, RevPro, and Avalara to align IT and business solutions.
• Five years of enterprise system integration experience using microservices, Workato, and Camunda.
• Five years of experience integrating Fusion Financials with systems introduced through mergers and acquisitions.
• Five years of end-to-end subject matter expertise in Order to Cash, Revenue Management, or Tax processes and modules in Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Five years of cross-functional collaboration with Commerce, Sales, Data Engineering, and Transformation teams.
• Five years of evaluating solution options from business process, technical solution, and system architecture perspectives.
