Senior HR Business Partner (SaaS)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $165,000-$185,000 USD base salary plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Advise global sales, customer success, marketing, and partnerships leaders, including the Chief Revenue Officer, on people strategy and business alignment.
• Guide organizational design, team scaling, talent planning, and structural changes during rapid growth.
• Drive performance management, engagement, succession planning, employee development, and change management programs.
• Use data-informed analysis to assess team health, identify performance trends, and provide actionable leadership insights.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and HR leadership on hiring strategy, development plans, rewards benchmarking, and incentive alignment for GTM roles.
• Use PeopleOS, Claude, and Cowork to prepare stakeholder briefs, performance-cycle materials, calibration intelligence, and engagement syntheses while focusing human judgment on coaching and organizational decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HRBP supporting global GTM teams in an enterprise SaaS or high-growth technology company.
• Deep understanding of the revenue lifecycle, including sales motions, customer onboarding, success metrics, and partnership development.
• Demonstrated success scaling GTM functions through people programs, leadership coaching, and organizational design.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, evolving business.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Lattice, Rippling, or equivalent HR systems is required.
• Global HR exposure or experience supporting distributed teams is strongly preferred.
• Comfort working in an AI-native People function with Claude/Cowork, including people analytics, data governance, PII handling, and required human review for sensitive decisions.
