People Partner (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; office-centric hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, work from home generally available on Wednesday, and Friday flexibility depending on the role and partner teams.

Base salary: $176,000–$200,000 per year, plus potential equity, sales incentive pay where applicable, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and implement department-level talent strategy initiatives aligned with business outcomes.
• Identify root issues in complex situations, present findings, and communicate change to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop scalable change strategies, plan for contingencies, and communicate the vision.
• Advise functional leads on complex people situations and help leaders build their capabilities.
• Interpret complex people data, identify trends, translate findings into decisions, and support a data-driven culture.
• Participate in headcount and strategic planning forums as the people perspective.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of HR experience with a track record as a strategic HR Business Partner or Organizational Consultant.
• Subject-matter expertise in large-scale organizational change and the ability to influence effectively without authority.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with complex spreadsheets and lead C-suite conversations.
• Independent problem-solving skills and experience managing large, complex projects across functional and regional boundaries with minimal direction.
• Collaborative approach and the ability to partner with HR Centers of Excellence to develop holistic, data-backed recommendations.
• Analytical mindset with a commitment to identifying and mitigating bias in data and decision-making.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and use them to improve productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
