What you will do

• Lead the conceptualization, refinement, expansion, and evaluation of strategic programs and initiatives.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships internally and externally to support program success.
• Use data analysis to identify and propose improvements to services and products.
• Oversee specialized workflow development, implementation, execution, and outcome measurement.
• Provide leadership, guidance, expertise, and staff-development support to teams.
• Represent JAX at industry events, strategic meetings, and forums, and oversee stakeholder- and public-facing resources.

Requirements

• Master's degree required; doctorate preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience required; 6 years preferred.
• Ability to develop and successfully implement programs and initiatives using strategic decision-making.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain meaningful internal and external relationships.
• Advanced interpersonal skills for collaboration with people from diverse cultures, disciplines, and levels of expertise.
• Strong leadership skills, including staff development and achievement of strategic objectives.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required, up to the percentage specified by organizational needs.
