Program Manager III, Hematologic Malignancies/Bone Marrow Transplant

Salary: $108,280–$118,915 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as the central point of contact for external observers and fellows participating in the Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant programs.
• Oversee the weekly Grand Rounds series during the academic year.
• Schedule speakers, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage onsite audiovisual and conferencing needs.
• Lead complex programs involving multiple high-priority projects and cross-functional teams.
• Plan programs, manage resources, make strategic decisions, and align execution with institutional priorities.
• Implement quality assurance and continuous improvement practices while maintaining documentation and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, healthcare, or a related field.
• Seven years of relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibility, including at least four years in program management or comparable roles.
• Extensive program management experience with a record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Leadership, interpersonal, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic thinking, innovation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a strong understanding of program management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• No supervisory responsibilities; no patient contact.

Nice to have

• Project or Program Management Professional certification, such as PgMP or PMP.
