Associate Program Manager (Consumer Banking)

Location: HQ - San Diego, CA, United States

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year; eligible for a 10% annual discretionary cash bonus target and a 10% annual discretionary restricted stock units bonus target.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across the Consumer Deposits business, from planning through execution and post-launch optimization.
• Define timelines, milestones, success metrics, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
• Drive alignment across Product, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Customer Service.
• Monitor deposit growth, account acquisition, funding rates, client engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Improve onboarding, account opening, funding, servicing workflows, customer experience, and operational readiness for product launches.
• Analyze customer, product, operational, and market data; develop business cases, ROI assessments, dashboards, recommendations, and leadership updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, business operations, product management, financial services, banking, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with business reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, consumer deposits, payments, retail banking, or financial services.
