Program Coordinator (Patient Family-Centered Care)

Location: Memphis, TN, United States; onsite role with regular and predictable attendance.

Salary: $70,720–$126,880 per year.

What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, prepare, and connect patient and family advisers with institutional opportunities.
• Coordinate caregiver events, research activities, education, councils, specialized placements, PFAC meetings, and steering councils.
• Maintain program workflows, data, communications, systems, and engagement processes.
• Develop recruitment and engagement communications and support institutional partners and staff champions.
• Track metrics, analyze and interpret complex data, prepare reports, and recommend program and process improvements.
• Coordinate internal departments, external vendors, dependencies, risks, policies, procedures, and program initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering programs.
• Significant experience with project planning tools such as MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview, or MS Office.
• Experience with community advisory boards, public health, community engagement, volunteer coordination, research engagement, or lived-experience partnership.
• Strong organizational, communication, critical-thinking, judgment, relationship-building, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, partners, meetings, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and program goals with limited guidance.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and synthesize large or complex datasets, conduct root-cause analysis, identify trends, and communicate conclusions to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of planning, forecasting, tracking, reconciling, budgeting, spending, grants, contracts, and related policies and tools.
• Experience sourcing and managing vendors, negotiating contracts, evaluating vendor capabilities, and monitoring performance.
• Ability to comply with applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations; the role includes standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, hand use, speaking, hearing, workspace movement, and occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds.
