Annual base salary: $136,100.00–$224,500.00

What you will do

• Set the vision, roadmap, backlog, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and timelines for a portfolio of claim data and insights products.
• Lead Agile product ownership for engineers and analysts, shaping delivery priorities and assessing business demand against long-term roadmaps.
• Design insights portfolios and drive adoption of reporting, guided analytics, self-service, embedded, augmented, and data-as-a-service capabilities.
• Partner with Claim leaders, data engineering, architecture, enterprise data, governance, and internal and external organizations to align delivery with business value.
• Define use cases for tool assessment, align solution design with data management, security, and governance controls, and prevent delivery redundancy.
• Coach team members and leaders, ensure sufficient team structure and skills, and present complex data stories to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience with business intelligence tools, techniques, manipulation, or a related area.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Ability to understand hirify.global’ business strategy and objectives and align them with enterprise goals.
• Strong technical understanding of delivery methods and platforms, including their uses and purposes.
• Ability to set data and information delivery strategies.
