Senior Product Owner (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Irving, TX or Arlington, TX, United States; two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Own product success within an Agile Scrum team by maximizing development output and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Analyze customer requirements, define user stories, and recommend system, product, and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Managers, UX teams, developers, vendors, and internal departments on product roadmaps and launches.
• Coordinate scope, deliverables, SLAs, communication, and on-time delivery of key product features.
• Measure product performance using relevant information, processes, and systems to support business results.
• Explore innovative approaches and technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve products, services, and workflows.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on an Agile Scrum team.
• Thorough understanding of vision and roadmap creation, as well as portfolio, program, and team backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization.
• Working knowledge of Agile and SAFe Lean enterprise concepts and best practices.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with business stakeholders, UX teams, project managers, product managers, developers, and other partners.
• Ability to define product roadmaps, identify requirements, manage multiple projects, and apply servant leadership principles.
• Ability to deliver product experiences using Design Thinking and Lean methodologies.
• Advanced verbal and written communication, cross-collaboration, problem-solving, persuasive, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias, integrate AI into workflows, and apply responsible AI practices covering ethics and data protection.
• Agile certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
