Program Manager 2 - Reverse Supply Chain - DC Operations

Location: Field-based at one of three distribution centers: Ontario, California; Dubuque, Iowa; or Upper Marlboro, Maryland, United States. Travel up to 25% to DC sites across the network.

Salary: $93,500–$155,000 annually in California; $81,500–$132,000 annually in Iowa; $93,500–$155,000 annually in Maryland.

What you will do

• Own reverse operations support for store returns, returns to vendor, DC claims, and reverse inventory flows across the distribution center network.
• Drive performance against cycle-time, on-time processing, condition accuracy, conditioning-rate, and dollar-recovery KPIs; report results to Reverse Supply Chain leadership.
• Work on site with DC teams to identify operational gaps, prioritize corrective actions, assign owners, and run the operating rhythm with DC leaders.
• Lead readiness, testing, training, hypercare, and change management for new systems and process rollouts.
• Maintain returns and RTV process flows, standard work, and training materials; manage cross-functional issues through resolution.
• Recommend improvements to productivity, quality, and efficiency while providing DC input to the strategic Reverse Operations roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution center, returns, or reverse logistics operations preferred; a BA/BS in a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with comfort using KPI dashboards and operational data to identify root causes.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management and returns processing systems, including system implementations, testing, and go-lives.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and the ability to influence and align operations leaders who do not report to you.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to distribution center sites across the network.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL.
• BA/BS in a related field.
