Syndicated Loan Fulfillment Team Manager (Corporate Banking)

Location: Hoover, Alabama or Atlanta, Georgia, United States; onsite role at one of the listed locations.

Salary: $86,150.90 minimum to $102,450.00 median USD annually; may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead and supervise a Corporate Loan Fulfillment team supporting a business segment within Credit Products.
• Oversee pre-closing fulfillment, construction monitoring, due diligence, documentation, funding, booking, exception resolution, and legal document imaging.
• Manage work distribution, daily production, scheduling, turnaround times, pipeline calls, and staff meetings.
• Act as the primary contact for business partners on team performance and transactional issues.
• Provide onboarding, training, mentoring, and ongoing guidance to associates.
• Contribute to process improvement, risk management, hiring, disciplinary actions, and communication of regulatory and policy updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of corporate banking experience, or a high school diploma/GED and nine years of corporate banking experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and subject matter expertise in loan fulfillment.
• Knowledge of commercial credit, loan documentation policies, and applicable regulations including BSA/AML, Beneficial Ownership, OFAC, and Flood Regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead by example, demonstrate a strong work ethic, remain self-motivated, and respond with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work with one of the following segments: Real Estate Banking, Real Estate Corporate Banking, Regions Equipment Finance, Diversified and Specialized Industries, or Problem Asset Management.
