Loan Support Analyst Sr – Specialty

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Denver, CO; or Cincinnati, OH, United States. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:15 am–5:00 pm EST.

Base salary: $41,250.00–$68,750.00 annually, with incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Review and administer high-complexity or high-risk syndicated and commercial loan transactions.
• Review customized commercial, legal, collateral, construction, and due diligence documentation for compliance with deal structures and regulatory requirements.
• Verify documentation and work processes against credit approvals, legal documents, service levels, and procedures.
• Determine whether loan disbursements can be made or whether additional documentation or escalation is required.
• Consult with customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications, commercial real estate deal teams, and internal and external business partners.
• Review reports, identify exceptions, support risk mitigation, and provide specialty product training when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered instead.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of analytical thinking, capital management, compliance requirements, documentation, due diligence, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Competence in consulting, customer interaction, decision-making and critical thinking, effective communication, financial analysis, managing multiple priorities, negotiating, operational functions, products and services, and relationship management.
• Ability to apply specialty product knowledge to complex or high-risk commercial loan transactions and manage associated risks.
