Credit Products Construction Loan Monitoring Analyst

Location: Hoover, Alabama; Charlotte, North Carolina; or Atlanta, Georgia. Onsite role.

Salary range target: $65,805.30–$78,760.00 USD annually.

What you will do

• Manage risk for commercial construction loan projects greater than $2 million across multiple banking segments.
• Review construction contracts, loan approval requirements, and preliminary documentation for policy compliance before closing.
• Evaluate and approve construction draw requests and reconcile them with available loan funds.
• Maintain sources-and-uses worksheets, balanced budgets, cost changes, reallocations, and change orders.
• Coordinate with relationship teams, credit products, lenders, inspectors, title contacts, and third-party construction consulting firms.
• Secure final completion documentation and resolve outstanding construction issues at project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; or a high school diploma or GED with three years of previous real estate underwriting, construction loan disbursement, paralending, or related commercial banking experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under sensitive time constraints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
