AWM, Private Bank, Regional Lending Advisor, Associate/Jr. Vice President (Finance)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; office-based position

Salary: $75,000–$160,000 USD annually, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Support the Regional Lending Advisor platform by identifying, evaluating, and executing lending opportunities.
• Develop tailored lending solutions, preliminary analyses, client materials, and transaction summaries.
• Coordinate with private wealth advisors, senior lending advisors, underwriting, risk, legal, and control partners.
• Prepare credit memos, perform financial analysis and diligence, and support portfolio and risk management.
• Track pipelines, approvals, diligence items, and closing deliverables to support timely execution.
• Monitor portfolio items, identify risk indicators, and escalate at-risk or default situations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lending, credit analysis, commercial banking, private banking, wealth management, structured finance, or related financial services.
• Working knowledge of ultra-high-net-worth lending, credit analysis, and client-service dynamics.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, collateral, and credit requests with strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organization, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Series 7, Series 63, and SIE licenses, or ability to obtain them within four months of joining.
• Ability to work from the Los Angeles office.

Nice to have

• Commercial real estate financing experience.
• Exposure to securities-based lending, structured lending, private equity, or other asset classes.
• Completion of a formal credit training program or progress toward completion.
