Supply Chain Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite, primarily from an HPE office in the United States; salary information specifies California.

Salary: USD 105,500–213,500 annual base salary in California, United States. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Drive complex supply chain processes across demand and supply planning, order management, logistics, and inventory management.
• Lead import/export and global trade activities for complex business units.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and convert recommendations into business plans.
• Execute advanced demand and supply matching activities while aligning supply constraints with business goals.
• Develop and manage business metrics covering availability, service levels, delivery performance, supplier response, costs, and inventory.
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide guidance to lower-level employees across multiple geographies.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of supply chain experience, including experience in more than one supply chain function.
• Broker's license and/or 10+ years of customs or global trade experience.
• Advanced knowledge of material requirements planning, available-to-promise processes, master scheduling, and sales and operations planning.
• Advanced knowledge of inventory modeling, analytics, financial modeling, Microsoft Office, and reporting.
• Mastery of English and the local language is required; the role is onsite in the United States.
