Associate Consultant / Consultant (Pharma Market Access)

What you will do

• Conduct secondary research across pricing, reimbursement, market access, healthcare policy, competitive intelligence, and therapeutic area landscapes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify findings, strategic insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead or support project workstreams, develop plans and timelines, coordinate activities, and manage deliverables against quality standards and client expectations.
• Design and execute primary research, including stakeholder interviews, surveys, and advisory boards, and develop discussion guides and analytical frameworks.
• Participate in client meetings and present analyses, findings, and recommendations clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Support proposals, business development, thought leadership, recruiting, knowledge management, and capability-building initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Associate Consultant: approximately 2–4 years of experience in consulting, market access, healthcare strategy, life sciences, pharmaceutical industry, or a related field.
• Consultant: approximately 3–5+ years of experience in consulting, market access, healthcare strategy, life sciences, pharmaceutical industry, or a related field, including experience leading workstreams and managing project activities.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure and solve complex business problems.
• Experience synthesizing information from multiple data sources into clear recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional presence with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent PowerPoint storytelling and presentation development capabilities; proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• High attention to detail, commitment to quality, ability to work independently, and effective collaboration in team environments.
• Ability to work in a global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or PhD.
