Consultant Advisory Services - Supply Chain Optimization

Location: Remote, with 61–80% travel within the United States.

Salary: $72,000–$120,000 annually.

What you will do

• Participate in consulting engagements by identifying client needs, planning analyses, conducting interviews, interpreting data, forming conclusions, and drafting recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and deliverables for client audiences and assist with implementing recommended improvements.
• Obtain data and lead or oversee analyses, data validation, interpretation, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Build and maintain dynamic, interactive data models using internal and client datasets.
• Standardize and automate client deliverables and internal tools; troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.
• Contribute to practice development, client opportunity identification, utilization targets, internal learning, and required annual training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of applicable experience.
• High school education required.
• Ability to analyze data, develop accurate conclusions, and communicate findings through verbal, graphic, and written deliverables.
• Ability to participate effectively in client interviews, project planning, collaborative delivery, and implementation activities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, work with attention to detail, make independent decisions, and communicate effectively in person and electronically.
• Ability to operate computer programs and software, remain stationary for prolonged periods, and work collaboratively with peers and others.

Nice to have

• Awareness of market trends, competitor activity, negotiation, networking, sales-closing approaches, client needs, and the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of risk management practices and experience identifying, communicating, and responding to risks and issues.
• Experience with statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab; advanced Excel; Tableau; and business intelligence.
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt credentials.
• Experience in healthcare, business, or finance and demonstrated interest in healthcare performance management.
• Experience leading initiatives, analyzing complex healthcare datasets, developing visualizations and presentations, validating qualitative and quantitative data, creating new methodologies, and solving strategic problems.
• Bachelor’s degree.
