Senior Product Owner/Manager, Next Best Action Configuration

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Coordinate between Next Best Action Product Managers and implementation teams configuring actions and treatments.
• Translate approved business and product requirements into standardized, implementation-ready documentation.
• Document action metadata, eligibility criteria, channels, treatments, content references, business rules, and configuration requirements.
• Review requirements for completeness and consistency, identify gaps or ambiguities, and resolve questions with Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Support configuration backlog management, track implementation progress, and provide clarification to implementation teams.
• Maintain the NBA Action Catalog and improve scalable documentation, templates, standards, and configuration practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, Requirements Management, Platform Administration, or a related role.
• Experience translating business or product requirements into structured, implementation-ready documentation.
• Experience reviewing requirements for completeness, consistency, accuracy, and usability by downstream implementation teams.
• Ability to identify requirement gaps, resolve ambiguities, and clarify business intent with stakeholders.
• Experience documenting business rules, workflows, configuration requirements, or other structured implementation specifications.
• Experience managing or supporting a backlog of implementation, configuration, or product-related work.
• Strong written communication, documentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, Product Managers, technology teams, and implementation resources, and to work independently in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Pega Customer Decision Hub, Pega Decision Management, or comparable decisioning technologies.
• Familiarity with actions, treatments, eligibility criteria, business rules, prioritization, and channel management.
• Experience maintaining structured product documentation, configuration specifications, metadata repositories, catalogs, or comparable assets.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
