Senior Enterprise Platforms Product Manager (AI)

Salary: $102,900–$190,500 per year.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, multi-year roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for PISCES pre-pay claim editing and Appeals/PI Bot automation platforms.
• Lead initiatives from intake and discovery through planning and delivery, creating business requirements, capability and feature hierarchies, and Jira backlogs.
• Partner with Payment Integrity Operations, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, and vendors to define scope, sequencing, dependencies, and success measures.
• Drive PI Planning, prioritization, predictable feature delivery, and communication of risks, trade-offs, and decisions to leadership.
• Measure value realization and domain performance, including savings, edit accuracy, automation rates, fallout, cycle time, and ROI.
• Apply Microsoft Copilot, Windsurf, Jira Rovo, and other AI tools to discovery, requirements, documentation, and analysis while championing human-in-the-loop controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills.
• Ability to own product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, prioritization, backlogs, and delivery for enterprise platforms.
• Experience partnering with operations, engineering, architecture, project management, and vendors.
• Ability to guide Agile and Scrum teams through user stories, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Ability to measure product value, efficiencies, savings, accuracy, automation, cycle time, and ROI.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of product management, product ownership, or related technology experience in a healthcare payer or claims environment; 7+ years preferred.
• Payment Integrity, claims editing, appeals, or automation experience.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery.
• Experience applying AI tools to product work, including Microsoft Copilot, Windsurf/Devin Desktop, and Jira Rovo.
